this is fascinating, Noeline! The sand almost looks 3D!!! i really like this a lot, and as i look at this, i keep getting this feeling of deja vu. i can't, for the life of me though, recall what this image is making remember. You ever have that happen? this looks so familiar...like i've seen this before. I keep thinking about trees as i look at this, but that's all. the sand reminds me of a tree trunk or petrified wood. that deja vu feeling is so strong looking at this, and if i remember what i'm associating this image with, i'll let you know. Anyway, i love this one the more i look at it!! light is so warm...feels like morning! Can't wait to see more! :)

It's a very cool looking image,Noeline. It's so dark and mysterious. And the textures of the surface give it such an unusual quality.I think it's great that you're experimenting. This is wonderful.-M :)

The compo is spot on here and I love the mood on this one too! It's so relaxing!! The toning is also beautiful and I'm wondering if it's the actual color or if u toned it in ur editing programme!?

I really like the patterns in this! I think if you crop the upper 3rd of the image it is even a stronger shot and more abstract! Wonderful either way!

Once again i'd crop this one a little to remove the dark areas in the upper left and have that line more diagonal(sp?). Besides that - i really love what you've captured here. Abstract but still close to this world - very well done!

Ooooh...this is very interesting!! It does look like a tree trunk at the bottom to me that morphs into a beach at the center and top! Very Cool abstract Noeline! :-) V
