Finding this in my front yard really creeped me out. I am so amazed that I got close enough to get a decent shot of it. It was huge! I'm so proud of myself for getting close, I may post another shot tomorrow. :)
Thanks to all of you on the forum who helped me identify this creepy thing and for showing me your own creepy crawly photos.

I missed an opportunity to shoot one like this last summer. I don't know what I did wrong but the color wasn't there at all and it was a colorful spider in a State Park. HUGE! I prayed the entire time I was trying shoot it! I did it and then to have it come back so pourly. Vote for yours though
