Description

Experimenting with textures and shadows in UF. Border and sig in PSP, as usual. Thanks so very much to all of you for the awesome feedback on Julia Collector Plate... and the other stuff I've uploaded recently. If I had to choose team mates for a pick-up baseball game... I'd pick all of you and then treat you to ice cream afterwards... win or lose... ;) And thank you very much for taking the time to peek in at this one! Hugs! Helen :)

The mighty tree, its golden limbs, spread out to the azure sea, Then whispered deep within itself, dear friends please come to me. For I am the tree of happiness, and within my arms I hold, The warmth of a thousand caring hearts, you never shall be cold. Bravo! V

Great textures and colors! Love the background and the terrific depth and lighting to this. Very interesting title, I've been thinking about it a lot. Perhaps a glimpse of an alien world but more likely, like the peek into you attic, a view of the mind's workings. No webs of memory here, just beautiful isolation, the objects of the world distorted and reformed against the dripping of the sky. The creative mind is a very strange thing, the outside world never capable of understanding what goes on inside. Excellent work, words fail me.

The design and textures are exceptional. Wonderful sense of scale, depth/perpsective. The soft, swirled background shows the focal design off beautifully. Love the rich golden color and textures. Outstanding work, Helen!

Somehow that reminds me of Japanese/Chinese paintings. A "tree" in the foreground, and mountains in the back. And, as always, good choice of colours! Great image!
