Taken at powis Castle, Welshpool, Wales. Converted in Photoshop using my own settings for Channel mixing and blends.

Thanx folks for the comments. In the old days (yes, I am old!) I would spend 16 hours in the darkroom achieving this sort of thing. Yesterday I came across some of my early prints from those days... as I did archival printing they look as if I did them just the other day but the thought of all that work! I just think Photoshop is the best software ever and it means I can spend time doing other things (taking pictures, playing with my kids etc).

Thanx for the comment. As for learning Photoshop my advice is: 1. Focus on one program and keep at it. 2. Read good books - I recommend the WOW! series 3. Join a site such as Graphics.com and read all the tips you can. Over time you will be repaid by learning valuable skills.
