Description

"Yshael, Speaker of Truth - she used to fly the skies and proclaim aloud the glory of heaven and the power of justice, and many a mortal redeemed after listening her words. But her talent for words was also her downfall... she fell easily prey to the Father of Lies, the Devourer of Souls, Lai-sha'fer the Damned. Once caught within his net, Yshael learned the fine art of deceipt, and became the Whisperer, costantly spreading lies and discord among the ranks of mortals and celestials alike, and many a pure soul has fallen from glory and into the army of darkness, thanks to her foul lies and false promises." *** AH! Snakes again! Bet you weren't expecting, uh? LOL! What can i say, this one was pretty fast by my standards, just because i wanted to post something - and so here it is! (more nightmares for 1010?) Done in P4, some minor shadow correction in PS. Great compostion the way the eys, snake, and slight green cast to some of the lighting all works together so well!

This piece is truly awesome and the words really compliment the image well! I think I used to date her at one point! lol! I agree with Deb as this is very bold and creative! And lol @ Dawn! Most excellent artwork, I really love this one!!

I really hate snakes, and I did not know what was coming when I first only saw that beautiful woman ;) But,- hate snakes or not, it sure looks fantastic in your picture! I guess it is symbolising your story, and that snake looks so real from here. The green lights and her green jewels is a brilliant detail to complete the color of the snake. You have really done an excellent job here :) vote

Sorry I'm late to comment, but this image is really stunning! What a sensational concept and you've pulled it off in an amazing way! The snake is brutal, and your lighting is outstanding! Excellent work!
