Hi all!
A year ago today I uploaded the first shot I ever took with my new Nikon D70. It was a close-up of an orange Lily, so I decided to do the same shot a year later, but with back lighting.
(Before this date I was shooting with a 2 megapixel camera so this was SUCH a nice change.) Now, if I could just afford a couple new lenses I could take some of the marvels you guys take!
We are traveling to Wisconsin today so can't comment on your pics just yet. Catch up work comes later, I guess!

Hey Jodie! :) This is a beautiful shot. I, too, use a Nikon D70 -- and I LOVE it!!! I seem to use the 300mm zoom the most. But now I wonder if I should get the 500? :) Have a GREAT day in Wisconsin! It's going to be great weather........... I think. :) Hugs!

Well, in 2 days it will be one year that I uploaded my first picture here on R'osity... I started with a 4 megapixel Canon ixus i (I have it always on my belt and I still love it...)..; the D70 came later... greatly because of all the fun and friendship found in this community ! And now my hobby is really becoming a passion... I'm happy I discovered your wonderful gallery quite soon, Jodie ! I really do appreciate your artistic work ! Enjoy your trip to Wisconsin ! :~))
