Description

This was inspired by one of my favorite sci-fi artists, Masamune Shirow. I wanted to use bump maps to create the suit, but that didn't work; for some reason, the bump map kept rendering incorrectly. So I did a nude render and then painted the suit on in PhotoShop. The energy capsule is a simple marriage of primitives, and I used chunks of the Cel Shaded Anime Backgrounds and some photographic elements to finish it off. "Messy Hair" by Kozaburo.
