Description

I got a banana tree in my yard and it grow this big purple looking thing on it. and as the leave of the purple thing comes up they show these flowers and all I see if these warps around the flowers. There is some green bananas just above the purle thing I guess you call a bulb? I do not know flowers or this banana tree. I do not know if I can eat the bananas off this tree or plant. I not sure if it a tree most likely it a plant. No wasp or me was hurt when shoting this shot. thanks for looking and comments and votes

wasps I do not like. they are too nosy when someone like us"painters"are on a 36' ladder fully extended. I can climb pretty fast for an old man, but let a wasp start getting in my face and I fly down the ladder. if it has fruit you should be able to eat it

For once a wasp looks beautiful in its environment (yours not mine. LOL) I've never seen a banana tree. The wasp looks so at home in it. Excellent macro capture.

Ha so wasps like bananas too. In this state there are lots of banana plantations, so we see lots of trees, never got close enough to see if there were wasps though, they sting good. I know that. Eccellent Jocko.

(singing ) yes we do have bananas but ours are purple in diguise lalala) lol Could help myself had to sing you sure can eat all you want they are very rich in potassisum now if I could remeber how to spell it correctly lol: nice color purple put it in a blender that juice is wonderful
