Description

Ok, so this wasn't made in 3d studio, but the program was a far, ugly cousin of 3d studio - Autocad 2000... as some of you may know Autodesk and Discreet have a business relationship. This image is almost two years old, I just had to post it, because the thing actually exists... I found this pen (you should see it, this is what it looks like on a mirror) while waiting for the bus in -10 F weather... so if you give it less than a 10 (not on the part of my rendering skills, rather the thing just rocks), I'll have to kill you. With it, perhaps. ;)

AutoCAD 200 eh? Wow, I am very impresed. Have they changed AutoCAD's rendering abilities much from r.14? Maybe Autodesk is trying to kill Accurender? Nice work.

Nah, as far as I'm concerned, R15 just stole some DLLs from Accurender. I just think this image is weird because I modelled it in my spare time in a architectual CAD class... I didn't know anything about rendering then, I just put all the settings to "highest" :-p

coolness,,, I'm using AutoCAD 2000 too.. is this a solid or a surface model? Probably a solid model with a bunch of subtracting,, should play with the rendering part of this software now that I see this image...

I can feel it!, very great work as an AutoCAD work, but i can't give a 10 cause I use that "UGLY" cousin and think it's great for me. Lights of AutoCAD are far of being the best of Autodesk. Very impresive work! Congrat. JosLuis. Please, don't kill me.
