Being a fan of Film Noir, I like this scene very much. Only comment is the street lights look too close together, maybe because they are all the same intensity, maybe it's just my lousy screen!

the lights shoud be not so bright and perhaps a little bit mor voluminous . Perhaps You change the color to a bit more yello

I like the feel of this piece. I especially like the fog/mist. I do agree about the lights, but that's an easy fix.
