Description
This one and the next contains a first. The background is a picture that I took a year ago as a reference for another project. I used a simple instamatic- background shots were not even an idea then.This was taken on a clear sunday morning in my home town of Charleston, WV.
As for the girls, Karrie's wearing Hongyu's Chongsam with a straight green coloring while her sister is wearing the long sleeved zip dress. Both are from Renderosity. The texture for the zip dress is actually not a cloth texture, but one for tile.
Again, this is a very basic file- just the two girls and a background. the goal of this series is to get all the parts to work together- to look like they're just one picture.

I too have been working with photos as back grounds both renders I have on this site are photographs as background. I would like to find a way to install the background in Poser instead of doing it in Photoshop. Getting the two towork together isn't hard but I still need to tweak them a little. Your process seems to be pretty good, I am sure if your models were more than just a basic image for research purposes that it would all work together just fine.
