coaching my youth soccer teams, rain, snow, anything goes save lightning. days like this, i'm the first in the mud and i tell my players anyone who comes back clean will get mud on them no matter what i have to do. then we all go splashing and rolling in it. it's a girls team, and this has proven to be an advantage many times. can't choose the weather, but you can choose your attitude.
