I like the middle picture the best, but my goodness -they are all superb! :-) This is one of the best still-life interior model renders I've seen. Love the glossy reflections, the clean crispness of the room, and the glass effects of the vases. Truly super work!

They're both great! I also rather prefer the second one. You could walk right into that!

As I flipped back and forth between the two, I am convinced this later one is better. You have made some refinements that obviously are impacting the overall presentation in a good way. Camera angles and lighting changes...I don't know all what changed but if you ask, I will choose this one... :)) OK? :)

for me it's the middle of the previous one. Becuase there you can't see the outside. I would say the interior and light is perfect. But the tree and Sky outside don't match so good. But aniway, a good Job.

I think I'd change the speakers as well. That kind of designing would likely have tasteful speakers built into the front and back walls, or in the ceoling, as well as some kind of storage space under the TV for the electronics. The speakers hanging off the wall like that tends to break the minimalism of the design. I'd also put a throw rug under the table. a little bump on the ceiling, and some kind of baseboard, at least for the bottom stair step. Your stair risers are also a little high. They should be approximately 8 inches, and the treads are a bit shallow. It would make for a rather dangerous stairway. There should also be some kind of window treatment. I watch way too many design shows lol.

Well, if you really want to get nick picky, you really need to do something about the plants outside man, it killed it for me. Also, like maybe have the cushions bow out a big, like ones do in real life when people sit on then alot, things like that. Although it does look amazing, I must say.
