Your modeling skills keeps on improving. I know the hardest part of 3D is the texturing. Models stand or fall by it. Don't think me nasty I just want to help but the skull looks like it's modeled from plasticene. Where are the cracks that indicate the different patches that forms the skull. How about some bumpmat textures to give it a bone like look and feel. And maybe some stains here and there. The apple could do with some sheen. I quite like the compostion tho. I hope you don't get mad at me.
