Description

Thank for viewing/commenting on The Path (3). The path was man made, hewn out of the rock face and it was a real experience to walk it, something I'd like to repeat if I visit the island again. It must have been quite some job to actually make the path. All the paths on the island were immaculately maintained and signed, it's a walker's paradise. ...and now, back to terra firma arriving for a well earned late lunch on the beach at Playa La Santiago. The pebbles had the effect of creating loads of foam and the sound was like thousands of fizzy drinks all around... very refreshing... (Pentax 280P, Playa La Santiago, La Gomera, Canary Islands, January 2005) I've noted the comments on image size on the forums and am now sizing my images at 800 width. Wow! That was a fast hike, lol. Would have love to have seen more. But the end results are refreshing and cool. Its always nice to end a hike this way...........WATER. Excellent shot here. Aloha
