Judging by the fingers sticking out, I bet this is a BVH MOCAP animation imported into Poser. Usually BVH files have incompatible finger joint names, and thus the fingers here were not animated. It's pretty straight forward to use BVH in Poser, and it beats me I haven't seen this more often here. Probably because of file sizes.

Yes Ken1171, had you read the text, you would have seen I explain the use of the BVH file, infact I explain it further in another animation I used a BVH file in "The Dance".

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback! Though I normally animate by hand, frame by frame, this animation (As stated) was done with a BVH motion file. Anyone with Poser can do similar animations: Some come with each release of Poser (I think?) Simply pick a figure, prep it (Textures clothes etc)Save~then import one of the BVH motion files, it will ask you to choose the X-axis or Z-axis? I think you want the Z-axis, if it looks goofy try it over again using the X-axis. That's it, your figure will move! Eric
