Ok I took the advise of L8RDAZE and bobby dread and this is what I got. Any more Ideas or comments are greatly appreciated

maybe a little too dark. You don't want your audience to strain there eyes trying to see what you want them to. It's photography- you show us what you want us to see. You want me to see a green line, show me a green line, you what me to see your eyes? show me your eyes. try a back light. it doesn't have to bright, but something to give us some depthj or a shape of something.

sorry for the delayed reaction! The cloak/hood works better that your previous image! I do think its a bit TOO dark though! If you're using Photoshop...try duplicating this image to another layer and then use "screen" for the blend mode...should bring out more of the glow on you face!
