Description
The Fu Lion or Dog is a mythical beast whose statue and image is prominent through out far eastern culture. The statues are said to protect humans from evil spirits and those that would do harm and are usually placed in pairs at the entrances to temples or tombs. One Fu Lion represents the male, his left foot is raised and rests upon the world - protecting worldly possessions and success. The other represents the female, her right foot is raised and rests upon the belly of a baby Fu - protecting the home and family.

I had to look at your gallery before I could be convinced this wasn't a photograph! Excellent modelling/render I really like the texture/lighting as well. (I suppose that means I like everything..) Excelent gallery as well..
