for something so simple...it is pleasing indeed to see the final result of this...its better than i thought it would turn out! LOL slowly but surely tightening my style up... enjoy

I'd say your style always has been pretty tight and always so detailed! This piece is incredible and so serene! The character and cat compliment each other so well and the post work is awesome! The enviroment is just perfect for this scene and really gives a feeling of serenity and peace!! Outstanding work on this image!!!

due to my sparodic ventures into the galleries, I seem to thus far have missed your work! as I try to always, and as you have asked, here are first some things that could do with improvement. Standing out above all else in this image is the boulder, and its rubber-like look. I believe you still use the standard specular on this material. I would highly suggest changing to a Blinn node under alternate specular. also adding a low biased noise node into the bump channel (combined with your current bump map) to give a slightly rougher surface. her hair and clothes are lacking the focus the rest of the postwork seems to have to brilliant effect, as one who does very little-to-none of this type of postwork I cant give any good tips(sorry) The lions hair is simply stunning, it has such a full and free look to it, really bringing him to life within the image. The grass also helps to draw you in with its lack of repetiveness, both in color and direction. well done there. excellent image indeed!
