Great image, I always like to see images that are so full of detail and obvious time-spent. One bit of advice, nothing serious. I would suggest plugging the textures used on the walls and colums into the bump node (set about .1 inch) just to break the lighting up on the surface and take away from that overly smooth look poser is well known for. a little thing for sure, but hopefully helpful to you.

Gorgeous! Not only is the stained glass incredible but so is the rest of your image. I love your use of the big cat, and that outfit she's wearing is killer. Your lighting works to show everything to perfection. Amazing artwork!
