Description
I had a very hard time catching these guys
They fly with no particular direction, they are small and extremely fast!
Not sure what type of seabird this is
It is about 12-14 inch in wingspan
Canon 10D with 70-200mm
1/2000 sec, 400 ISO, F8 @ 200mm

Oh wow, perfect capture in the middle of its flight! Do know the Dutch name only, a 'visdief' (fish-thief)!

it is a Tern, i think Common, but maybe Arctic. they need to be fast, as they mainly feed on small sandeels. old names for them include Sea Swift.

Impresses me.I try this a lot and can never be fast enough.Unless it is just boring seaguls.
