Description
Originaly, this was a watercolor painting. I just tweeked it a little....ok maybe alot! Hope you enjoy.
Thanks to all who commented on 'Chopper', I am glad you liked the effects, and being the vain 'miniture dragon' that he is, I am sure if he understood, he would appreciate it too! ( he is a handsome devil isn't he!)
