I hope your kidding. It's the same car and tires. The cars roll through water to wet the tires, then they do a burn out to heat the tires up and make them sticky. This improves the traction of the tires so they are not spinning down the drag strip. The first pic is right after he rolled through the water, the second pic was taken during the burn out. The cintrifugal force of the tires spinning is what makes it get skinny. Thanks for your views and comments.
