Nicely done! You've done a good job capturing a triumphant expression here. One bit of constructive crit is that she stands out a little too much from the background. I would have added an adjustment layer for color adjustment as the very last thing. :) (Of course I'm assuming you use photoshop here and could be entirely wrong)
