The 100th anniversary of Rolls-Royce fielded cars at the Meadowbrook Concours last year. I looked at quite a few of them. This one looks like the 20's by the small amount of valence in the fenders. By the book I have it is a later Silver Ghost or a Phantom I. Now let me look for the body as they were all custom made. The Vee windshield was not popular in the US until 1934. Silver Ghost looks earlier http://www.rrab.com/rsg_gb.htm Phantom I has vee windshield and same stalks for headlights http://company.klassieker.net/coscripts/gallery.taf?_function=detail&_id=automusa&_lang=uk&merk=Rolls-Royce&type=Phantom%20I%20Pheaton&bouwjaar=1928 Here is the official website http://www.rolls-roycemotorcars.com/
