Your sense of layout is quite good. I, however feel that the texture of the rocks needs more work as it's near water it should have some moss or related effects. The under water scene should have some distortion to emulate the movement of water and maybe a buble or two. Also the submerged rocks are too clean for something that's constanly under water. Just give a thought to these little details and you will produce some excellent work.
