You might want to match the shadow with the ones in the photograph. So the light source is coming from the same direction. I think you could get away with flipping the car the other way actually.

I would recommend you slightly soften your shadows as there is quite a lot of cloud around. I would also give your shadows a blue tinge as it looks mid afternoon and fairly warm. I believe your main light source should be directly high above and behind your car in relation to your camera. I feel your ground texture has a sense of motion to it, what do you think? Overall these are only my opinions and not an attempt to put down your efforts in trying to do composite scenes.

It appears to me that you have copied the botoom section of your background pic (just the gravel/stones) then you used that as a texture hence the "sense of motion" that ZENO mentioned...I've not done much compositing myself but i'm sure thats not the way to do it. http://www.3dlinks.com/Links.cfm?categoryid=13&subcategoryid=112&subsubcategoryid=64 that might help...click the compositing link hope this helps.... ...Cowps
