Wonderful photo. The curves of the tracks is wonderful. I can hear the throb of the diesel engine in my mind. I love trains.

Wow! I love the shot. Wonderful example of how a telephoto lens can compress the front to back distance. Also curious: film or digital; what lens; aprox. distance to the locomotive?
