BIOHello! Thanks for visiting... I'm a 24 year old woman, who is incredibly passionate about everything in my life. Sometimes it's good, sometimes not..... but its always passionate. Writing is a release for me; a neccessary act that I do when the feelings inside become so intense and confusing, that I have to let them flow onto paper to really even understand myself. Everything I write is true, intense, and painfully honest. Has the effect of almost feeling like I'm stripped bare to the world.....(so be gentle...hehe) Thanks for stopping, and I look forward to your comments.

What makes this a full and interesting read is all that is not being said, what is in between the lines. Seems to be a lot of treasure between those lines.

Thank you all for your comments. You are right... there is allot not being said in this one. I couldn't make myself open up and really feel what I was trying to say. I guess there will be more, when I can reach deeper and let it out. :-)

What a loving poem... even with the pain and fear, we see commitment and promise. Sadly, though, the feeling that the compromises made are perhaps because no one better has entered the narrator's life, rather than because the relationship is truly one's dream... Anguish, love, comfort, fear... Very nice!

The true nature of humans is to protect ourselves from any hurt or harm, even if it means we tone down the pleasure and not give our all. This is a beautiful poem, great work!
