Not bad! I'm a big fan of Irina, and you've definately done her justice (even if you didn't use the head morph). Although this isn't the most photoreal image I've seen it's still head and shoulders above the most common plastic-looking crap on this site -- plus it looks like you got it to look this good without a face_off shader, which is impressive in itself! Good job.
