First I set the original image to black and white, and then I used a Neon Glow filter. Then I coloured in the eye. One of my lesser postworked images really. Thanks for your interest :)

quite interesting... like it... not that sure about the postwork... i guess a b/w with selective toning of the eye would probably be more intereesting... but well... my five sent :)

This is so neat! I love the effect with your eye, that's really cool O.O And...tilts her head You don't LOOK like a moose... tilts her head to the other side ...But eh, I suppose I'll take your word for it... giggles hysterically Awesome work as always! ^_^
