BIOSomeone once asked me what was my passion? My anwser was photography. Nothing gets me excited like a good black & white print. I have always drawn and discovered photography in my early teens. Fell in love with it and went to The Art institute of Atlanta in the late '70s majoring in photo. Worked in a custom lab for a few years and realy developed my printing skills. Did feelance off & on but it didn't pay well. I've been working for about 20 yrs. & am one of the owners in a Mining Equip. company. Not very artistic but it led me to doing CAD work. From there I got a copy of PhotoshopLE which led to harder CG drugs. I got involved in 3D and then felt a need to show people some of the things I enjoyed making. So I learned a bit of htm and made a web site or two.
I hope you enjoy the images I post. I have a great time making them and this too is my passion.

Like the Highlights VS shadows and texture of the marble. My prayers continue to go out to the people of those three states.

My heart and prayers go out to the people of New Orleans. We're donating blood tomorrow at our local school and have donated money already to the redcross. I just wish that we could do more...Are there any merchants selling stuff to donate to the redcross? Or is there artists selling their pictures for the cause? This is a beatufil statue! Hugs Maria

Thanks heartily Mark for remembering all of us with this horrible human disaster around this nice photograph. Artisheat is right, we all artists of the Renderosity community all over the world have to pray for the souls of the deceased people and also for the survivals to get quick help and try to reconstruct their damaged lives.
