I like it, great job. I think it can look even better if you add some more dirt on corners, where wall meets the street, around the door, etc. Also some stuff on the street, like old newspaper, used bottle, etc etc. And don't forget to add handle to that door. Oh, one more thing, an old, dirty wall lamp will be a nice touch :-)

I like the brick tex, but i realy dont like the asphalt texture, looks like it just dont belong there, other than that, excellent work man. Keep it up.
