beautiful color ... reminds me of the color of lilacs ( my Mom used to plant them in HOT southern California and we used to have to dump ice on them LOL) lovely shot !!

Laughing at Turtle Pee.Well everyone will see it as a different shade of purple.Looks dark amethyst to me.Leafs turned out real sharp.

Oh man, soon as i saw the title i just about freaked and had to pounce on your thumb!!!! and then when i saw this was for ME...OMG, i was spinning in my chair!!!!! I absolutely ADORE this image, Jeroen!!!! It's soooooo beautiful! You just HAVE to tell me where THIS enchanted forest is so one day i can come see this tree for myself!!!! :) I love the POV Jeroen, and the lighting is magnificent!!! Cool how you left the large leaves green like that! i love the contrasting colors! Anyway, I think it must be the most beautiful tree i've ever seen!!!! Thank you soooooooo much!!! Makes me remind of the real purple beeches grown here and there in our flat country! This one has more blue tones in it, and that is more suitable to Sheila's perception I guess! Fantastic work, Jeroen, a very sweet dedi!
