Description

I took this image of a Pink Hibiscus Flower in Rosarito Beach ( South of T.J. Mexico ), at a resort called " LAS ROCAS RESORT & SPA ". Its about a 1/2 hour from the border overlooking the pacific ocean.

They make a coolaid kind of drink out of them in T.J. I have to admit it pretty good. Its made like a Sun tea. You toss a handfull or 2 into a jar, add water and leave in the sun for a few hours.
