This is just a temporary page until I finish my render section of my website. I'm fairly new to the whole 3D art scene, and digital art. I've had 3D Studio Max for a few years, but never really got into it until recently. Consider me a newb with maybe a month of experience with Max and about 1 week experience with Poser. BTW, this image I'm uploading or whatever, isn't mine, it's more like my goal in talent or ability.

Is it my imagination or is the room askew?

Um, that's probably the camera angle, I used a 35mm setting for the camera. Any idea which setting would work better for indoors? I've not experimented with camera lens sizes much.

I don't understand why the light relection is kinda sharp on the floor ... cause the table are rounded........uhm... maybe that lamp cover.

Looking good, Laze keep at it, like the way the lights match the way a real lamp's would shed.

Hmm. Might want to work on the lighting. Place a omni light in the center of the light for a nice glow. Add more to the light on the ceiling for a nice gradient falloff. The couch and table need shadows. The textures are pretty bad in this, also. Keep working on it....
