Description

As of August 2005 Dakota is 3 years old. I was hired to take care of an older dog that had cancer, while the new 12 old pup(Dalkota) was at puppy camp. So it was a month before I met Dakota. Sad that the older one passed, it was hard to watch day after day her getting worse. Before she died she was able to spend a few weeks with Dakota. I think they were very happy last weeks. Dakota always looks sad but she is really a happy dog. And so well trained. I never believed in sending your pups away to learn and be seperated from you. Turns out she could still bond(which is my main worry with these schools)and she bonded with her family and me. 5 days a week of visits will do that. The human dad decided to start working from home(computers) so they did not need my services anymore. I miss her to this day and it's been a year and a half since I saw her last.
