Description
I've been doing alot of a architecture lately,so I thought I'd try something alittle different. This is my first attempt at making shallow transparent water.I'm pretty happy with how it came out.I originally painted a ripple bump map for the water, but I was getting pixalated renders,so I just decided to make the water dead calm.Let me know what you think,C&C always appreciated,Thanks Ben.
Made with max 4.2,scanline render,E-light script for fake GI,Photoshop 6 for maps, post and color correction.

Very nice. Only suggestion would be to increase the mesh on the rocks - they're a bit angular. Keep up the great work!

I think it's good too. I would suggest working on the grass blade textures: They seem very even and uniform. Vary them and break them up more.

This is way better then "nice' or "good" like the people above said. It's goddamn excellent, and I think you nailed it on everything in the scene,it all looks awesome, the water is some of the best I've ever seen,it looks crystal clear. The rocks look very realistic and the shape looks good to me.( I mean how many times do you see a perfectly round rock? )Great texturing, lighting also.Very original work, keep it up!
