When the StarGirls encouraged female rebellions in other galactic polities with promises of their technology, they seriously miscalculated. So terrible was the destruction in the Solar Alliance that the Amazon Empire welcomed male refugees for the first time in centuries. When the fighting stopped, the exodus continued, but now it was female. The new regime exploited StarGirl technology to oppress what now was an almost entirely female population. Girls in StarGirl uniform, with StarGirl weapons, but sharing none of the StarGirls' ideals, trawled the Solar Systems for dissenters. Every human planet in space was now under female rule and yet there was a galactic schism such as never before. A political forcefield had descended across the galaxy.
