They are beautiful feathers of peace. I am not sure of which bird they are from but they are the feathers of sorrow and longing for the ones that were lost in a death by mother earth that is mad at man for disrespecting her and her land.

This is beautiful, even more so because the sentiments are for the victims, political opinions have not clouded you compassion!!!. The vibrant colours and feather like apperance are very symbolic. Excellent again Vampy!!! You make me want to try my hand at fractals :)
