Description

This is probably the most photographed part of the ruin at Scarsdale Hall. This is on the back of the ruin, and the first room you can see from the camera used to be the small drawing room. The main drawing room was to the right from where I was standing when I took this piccie. A drawing room btw, was the place where the men smoked their cigars and had their brandy after dinner, and it's short for withdrawing room. So it has nothing to do with drawings ;) Thanks for watching :)

LMAO!!! Thanks for explaining, cause i actually thought it meant regular drawings....judging from the "klotter" on the wall as well. Stunning tones in this one, really makes it look old. Have a fabulous day #:O)

It maybe the most photographed part, but I've seen nothing of it to compare to this one. I love it. Excellent capture. I wonder if someone out there can duplicate it in Bryce (or another program). Oh well, it wouldn't be the same, would it? Once again, EXCELLENT!!

Thanks guys :) Andreas, I had to ask about the drawingroom myself coz it was a new term to me as well when I came here. And kylco, I'm in the middle of making a watercolour from this myself, so it's already being duplicated...well, sorta ;)
