Description

This little fella decided to take up residence in our garage. We had just gave him the boot :-( so he decided to move around the corner into our shrubs. I didn't mind he is a harmless rat snake.

You did well to get so close to get this shot (I sure could't have done it!)... haha.... "Hey, Eve! Come try this here apple. It tastes really delish!" :o) Excellent shot, and I commend you for the bravery the most.

Great POV,DOF, vivid colours. Wonderful capture. Would'nt get me going near him though. :-] keep up the good work. Nicely backlit as well

Hmmmmm, let's see. Rat snake in garage because it smells a rat (food). Rat snake now in shrubs. Rats do not live in shrubs. Bulge in snake, rat gone. No bulge in snake, rat still there. :))

After this was taken he managed to get back in to our garage and because my husband is a little afraid of snakes... I had to pick him up and relocate him to the groves behind our house. I grew up on a farm and snakes just don't bother me that much. He was a real sweetheart, did not even try to bite me.
