Description
This is a photo taken of my dear friend Valerie about two months before she passed away. Cancer. That's why her hair is all gone. I love the emotion captured, it breaks my heart, to see someone who usually had a smile on her face so sad and introspective. I miss her terribly.

Cant really find the right words atm.. so rather than babbling on at you.. is a lovely portrait even if not taken at the happiest of moments. My greatgran died of cancer when i was around 5.. loved her so very dearly
