Description

this is for the paintshop pro's forum November challenge using paintshop pro totally, and no tubes kind of a toughy right well I had made last Christmas a Marine soldier totally in psp, following the christmas tin soldier, I modified it to be a Marine soldier saved it as psd, then when this challenge came up I thought mmmm how to make a background without using tubes... so then the digitoils came to mind so I made a digitoil for the background setting for my Marine.. Then I applied canvas and overlay effects and sharpened the image
