Description
Last night, my huband and I had the EXTREME pleasure of meeting one of my personal heros and good buddies, Rick Spix (aka Rykk), and his beautiful wife Joie! A dream come true, it was... and Rick was, to my delight, generous and thoughtful enough to spend time at my computer giving me some tips on spheres and coloring formulas. I played into the wee hours and came up with this image as a "thank-you" for a wonderful evening:)

What a wonderful tribute, both in image and in text (but then again: didn't we always know that Rick is an OK kinda guy?) Beautiful colouring and it does have a bit of a Rykk-feel about it. Very well done!

A lot's going on here, still it is not busy. Very good spiral. Perhaps a bit more saturation on the colours :-) (I love strong colours!)

Whoa! Dang, Panny, ya done popped this fbm Popcorn up just right! lol Just the right amount of salt, no butter - perfecto! Awesome colors and design - I see the "ripple" thingie happenin', too. :?) Thanks for dinner and a truly wonderful evening - we had a blast with you guys! Say hey to the Skipper - even though DragonCon was a bust as far as art customers, we'll be back next year just so's we can climb your mountain and dig the view and great company!
