Description
Yesterday I went to my Dr and have been diagnosed with Depression, I turn 27 in two days and I'll be starting a course of anti-depressants, quite a birthday present. Since Sunday when I realised things were indeed very wrong, the war I was fighting deep within myself was not going in my favour I have realised that I am far from on my own with this.
Specifically I wish to extend my humble and greatful thanks to: Bekah (link); TY B, love you *hug* Gx, Robyn (link); you're not on you're own either, for your support, understanding and insight. I hope you'll forgive me for representing you both as the Drow Elf in this image. :) Thanks go also to a very old friend Jamie (link) for his valued support and input when on Sunday evening things really were bleak.
I would also like to mention Nancy (SophiaDeer) and Carol (one half of romanceworks), thank you for the kind words of support.

Nevermore, over a quarter to the UK population go through Depression at some stage, so it's not uncommon. I hope the meds help and you can feel a bit better soon (although most take a month or more to kick in). In the mean time, I love the figure, the textures and the set up of the render, a great combination of scifi and gothic architecture. Great Work.

No, you are not alone and can stand very proud, as this warrior is, that you have the courage to ask for help. You will not only survive, but in time I believe you will thrive. Big hugs to you! I also go through periods of depression and it is very prevalent in the USA. Your work is excellent.
