I once negotiated with the skipper of the "Western Union". She was wearing a t-shirt stating "sailors get blown offshore" It seems the tourists had not qued up on the quey so her offer was "It cost $600.00 and you have to sell all the tickets." My Magellan had not gelled yet so I took a seaplane direct to the Dry Tortugas instead having the pilot, his wife and daughter to myself all for $150.00.
