Description

Well, it's not Friday, and I'm not Prog, but here's a redhead I've been working on. Mostly I wanted to play around with dynamic hair some more. I like to think that the hair looks pretty realistic, but there are a few areas that I'm still not quite satisfied with. *sigh* Anyway, that is pure dynamic hair of my own. I used kirwin's Genesis hair (free section) to get a lo-res V3 proxy-mesh for collisions, but I deleted the hair itself and started from scratch. (Short comment: the proxy mesh is almost indispensible, while the hair itself is just hair.) The only postwork was the framing and a slight dimming of the hair on top as it had picked up a bit too much lighting glare.

I think she looks great. The hair and shadow are wonderful.

The shadow from her hair as great. And her hair is fantastic for dyn hair - although maybe the top of it sticks out a little too far from her forehead. Hair color is tops.

Wonderful use of the dynamic hair! I tried it out when I first got Poser but I couldn't stop it passing through the character's neck and shoulders no matter what I tried! Have thought about using it again but haven't done so yet lol! Love the red colour and your lighting is superb! Well done!!!

Somehow real, indeed. The upper front maybe looks a bit to even, but light, shadows and of course her hair are really great.
