Description

This photo was taken on the bike trail that runs along side the stream in my last picture. :-) I hope you all had a great Hump day and that you enjoy the view on this wonderful trail. Thank you, as always, for your comments, votes and suggestions on my last photo. :-) (((hugs))) ~*~maggie~*~

Such lovely light in this Maggie and the green is so beautiful and natural,I feel like I can almost step right in.Your composition,with the bicyclist in the distance is really wonderful.I like that it's off to the side like that!What a great place to have near your home.I'm soooo envious. Love this series!-M :)

Thank you so much! :-) It is a really HUGE tree and it was a bit difficult to try to take a picture of it to get that across so I'm so glad it seems to have worked. :-)

This is very beautiful! That tree must have been there like...FOREVER... makes us feel a lot more insignificant. We have giant redwoods here, and they make one feel like an ant standing next to them. This is a terrific scene. I love it, and say "excellent" !! :o)

Great place for a walk or bikeride :D So much reminds me in your photos and this photo has some similaritys with the river that floats through my hometown, it has a walkway on both sides and looks like a jungle when you look out on the river. This is beautiful Maggie!

OOOOH!!! What a big and beautiful tree!!! That person riding his bike over there, really adds some sense of scale to this one. Impressive!!! But what i love the most about this one is the light. The light that hits those branches and leaves. And of course the color is absolutely amazing!!! You did really good on this one Maggie, really really GOOD!!!! Have a wonderful post-humpday M&M. #:O)

I often have these almost mystical feelings as I walk along the trails to waterfalls. Many of those trail feature charming little bridges or portals under or thru large trees or rock ledges. But my shots never seem to capture the feeling as yours has here. Wonderful work, and thank you.

This wasn't taken in June was it? There's got to be at least 12 meters between you and the biker =) I really like that you caught the biker in this..adds depth and interest..Love the texture of that old tree..Another terrific job young lady =)
