The Chinese will tell you proudly that they will eat anything with 2 wings apart from an aeroplane, anything with 2 legs apart from man and anything with 4 legs apart from the table.

I haven't heard that saying. I can't help but wonder if the recipies call for 1, 2, or 3 pots respectively. But the photo series is wonderful! Terrific work and a great presentation.
